This monumental project aims to provide Casablanca (Benslimane) with a new ultra-modern national stadium in preparation for the 2030 FIFA World Cup. The main contract was awarded in 2025 to the SGTM–TGCC joint venture for approximately MAD 3.2 billion. Earthworks began in 2023, carried out by SGTM, leveraging its in-depth knowledge of the site.
Designed by architectural firms Oualalou+Choi and Populous, the future stadium will feature 115,000 seats, making it the largest in Africa, and will embody the Kingdom’s sporting ambitions. Its design will comply with the latest FIFA standards, with roofing covering all stands and additional facilities such as a training center and parking areas.
